Stena Technoworld Acquires 100% of the Czech Company Stena Safina a.s.

After 4 years of joint ownership with Safina, Stena acquired on September 1st the remaining 34% of the shares in Stena Safina. Swedish Stena Technoworld AB holds 100% of the shares in the company and the name of the company will be changed to Stena Technoworld a.s.
After 4 years of joint ownership with Safina, Stena acquired on September 1st the remaining 34% of the shares in Stena Safina. Swedish Stena Technoworld AB holds 100% of the shares in the company and the name of the company will be changed to Stena Technoworld a.s.
